Effective date: 27 October 2026. This policy covers the Bodva Bubble Shooter iOS app and this website at kelpo.online. For questions or requests about your information, contact the app operator at support@kelpo.online.
1. The game and information stored on your device
The bundled puzzle game does not require an account. It keeps level progress, earned scores, local high scores, language and sound settings in the app's local storage. The app may also store a randomly generated installation identifier, startup preferences and a remembered online destination. If online content has opened successfully, the configuration key used to open it is stored locally so that startup does not need to request that key again.
These local records are used to resume progress, keep your preferences and operate the app. They are not a public leaderboard. Device backups or restoration services may retain app data according to your device settings.
2. Startup configuration and service requests
The app contacts its service to obtain configuration and determine whether online content is available. When that service is used, requests may include the app's bundle identifier, a random installation identifier and technical device information: model and manufacturer, operating system version, language and locale, time zone, and whether the device is physical or simulated. Like other internet services, the receiving server and network providers can receive your IP address, request headers and connection information.
This information is used to provide configuration and online content, maintain compatibility and reliability, and protect the service. The app does not access your contacts, precise GPS location or microphone. This iOS implementation does not include Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer or push notification registration.
3. Apple Ads attribution
The app can request an attribution token through Apple's AdServices framework and send it to Apple's attribution service. Available Apple Ads attribution details, such as attribution status or campaign identifiers, may be returned to the app and included in its service request to understand campaign attribution. Attribution may be unavailable, in which case the app can continue without it. This implementation does not request the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Apple handles information under its own policies. See Apple's Privacy Policy and your device's Apple Advertising settings for more information and available choices.
4. Online pages and optional attachments
When online content is available, it opens inside the app's main browser view. The page can make network requests and use cookies or browser storage. Information you choose to enter into an online page is handled by that page and its service providers. Review the notices on those pages before submitting information; their handling can differ from the local puzzle game.
An online page may offer an image attachment, for example for a profile or support message. You can choose a photo or, if you select camera capture, allow camera access. The app does not continuously scan your photo library. Only items you choose to submit are provided to the receiving page. You can deny or revoke camera or photo access in iOS Settings. These optional choices are not required to play the local puzzle game.
5. This website and email support
This page contains no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Its contact form prepares an email draft locally; it does not send form contents to a website server or store them on the website. Sending the message in your email app shares its contents and your email address with the support mailbox and the email providers handling delivery.
When you contact support, we use your email address, message and any attachments you send to respond, investigate issues and handle privacy requests. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive information that is not needed. The website's hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser headers and security logs to serve and protect the page.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Information used by online features or support may be processed by hosting, network, security and email providers that help operate those features. Apple processes attribution requests as described above. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, maintain security or protect rights. Online pages can use additional providers identified in their own notices. Service providers may process information in countries with different data protection laws, subject to applicable legal requirements.
7. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until it is reset, removed with the app or affected by device storage and backup settings. Deleting and reinstalling the app may remove local progress; restoration from a backup may restore some data. We keep support correspondence and any service records only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including resolving requests, security, legal obligations and legitimate record keeping. We do not promise a fixed retention period that is not documented for a particular service.
To request access, correction or deletion of information held by the app operator, email support@kelpo.online. Include enough information to locate your request, without sending unnecessary sensitive data. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can play the bundled puzzle without creating an account, control sound in the game, choose whether to contact support, and manage camera, photo and advertising settings on your device. You may decline optional attachments. Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Use the support email to exercise these rights. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
Where applicable, information is processed to provide features you request, support reliable and secure operation, comply with legal requirements, or on the basis of permission or consent for optional features. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing already lawfully performed.
9. Security and children
The app uses HTTPS for its service requests. We use reasonable safeguards for the information we handle, but no system or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. The local puzzle does not ask children to create a personal profile or provide identifying information. If you believe a child has shared personal information through support or an online feature, contact us so that we can review and address it under applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when features, service practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about this policy or the handling of your information can be sent to support@kelpo.online.
